Venice has always been a popular destination in the Goalball world and this tournament is set to go ahead again in late November.
 
Eight mens teams and six womens teams (club or national) are invited to participate at this tournament to be held from November 21 until November 24. Teams are expected to arrive on November 21 with the matches scheduled for the 22^nd and 23^rd.
 
This tournament will be played under the 2014-2017 IBSA Goalball rules as it will also be serving as a recertification clinic for level III referees. The clinic will commence two days earlier than the tournament itself (9am 20^th November).

Two more recertification clinics have also been set for January 2014; Pajulahti Games in Finland (January 15-19) and the Montreal tournament in Canada (January 23-26).
