Today two Members of the IBSA Executive Board, Sally Wood-Lamont, Secretary-General and Ioanna Karyofilli, Member at Large travelled to Germany to sign documents at the German notary for registration the newly elected Executive Board. I am particularly grateful to Stephan Osnabrugge, IBSA’s lawyer for the speed with which he and his team prepared all the documentation including the Minutes of the EGA in Fatima for today’s submission. As a consequence in recent days all IBSA Members received a draft copy of those Minutes so quickly after an Assembly: a draft because they can only be validated as a correct record of the proceedings of that EGA at a future General Assembly.
