IBSA Goalball world rankings – April update

Above you can find the links to the IBSA Goalball world rankings as of 31 March, 2014.
 
Men
The top ten stayed the same this month. Actually, you have to go down to position 12 before you find a change. Qatar jumped up to place 12 from 18.
 
A few teams from this region enjoyed a big rise due to the Erbil tournament. The most notable is Iraq who sprung up to 14 from 56. Other big movers from this region include Jordan (25 from 47), Saudi Arabia (28 from 45), United Arab Emirates (30 from 46), Bahrain (38 from 53) and finally Kuwait (50 from 54).
 
New Zealand also debuted at place 62.
 
Women
There were only two small changes on the female side and both came from the Pacific region. Australia snuck back into the top 10 from position 11.
 
The other change is that New Zealand debuted at 27.
