IBSA Goalball Committee clears up doubts concerning Rules

The IBSA Goalball Subcommittee has published a briefing note for referees to clarify the correct procedure to be followed in a number of match situations.
The document sets out how referees should interpret the rules in twenty-five live game situations and is a useful aid for officials in the run up to the London 2012 Paralympic Games and for future Goalball events.
