The International Blind Sports Federation (IBSA) is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms. Alena Kurlovich, former member of the IBSA Executive Board from Italy, as Special Advisor to the President of IBSA.

In recognition of her invaluable support and significant contributions to the development of IBSA, Ms. Kurlovich will provide strategic advisory assistance to the President, with a focus on the advancement of the organization, international partnerships, and key initiatives. One of her primary responsibilities will also include leading the creation of much-needed educational programs in the field of blind sports.

Her appointment will play a crucial role in strengthening IBSA’s mission to empower blind and visually impaired athletes worldwide and expanding the global presence of IBSA’s sports community.
