Second and final entries for the 2013 IBSA World Youth Championships and Parapan American Games are now due.

The events – competitions in judo and goalball – will take place from 9th July to 15th July in Colorado Springs, USA. The competitions are hosted by the United States Association of Blind Athletes (USABA).
