Czech Republic to host international tenpin bowling championships

Prague is set to be the host city for a major tenpin bowling event for the blind and partially sighted later this year, according to news issued by the Czech Blind Sports Federation (CBSF).
CBSF will host the Czech Open Tenpin Bowling International Championships in the capital city from Thursday 29th October until Monday 2nd November 2020.
The bowling centre at Prague Zlicin will play host to the competition, which will be held according to the following schedule:
Thursday, 29th October
– Arrivals
Friday, 30th October
– Singles (6 games)
– Semifinals (1 game), 4 players
– Finals (1 game), 2 players
– Medal Ceremony
Saturday, 31st October
– Doubles (6 games)
– Semifinals (1 game), 4 teams
– Finals (1 game), 2 teams
– Medal Ceremony
Sunday, 1st November
– 3 players Team Event (4 Games)
– Semifinals (1 game), 4 teams
– Finals (1 game), 2 teams
– Medal Ceremony
– Farewell Banquet
Monday, 2nd November
– Departures
First entry forms are due by Monday August 31st and a reduced entry fee will be offered to those countries paying before Tuesday September 15th.
