2019 IBSA Showdown World Championship confirmed

The committee is delighted to announce that the dates and venue for the 2019 World Championships have been confirmed and the competition is fully sanctioned by IBSA.

The championships will be held in Olbia (Sardinia), Italy, from 30th September to 6th October. Each country may be represented by up to 4 men and 4 women, but only one team.

IBSA Showdown Committes launches call for bid to host 2020 tournaments

The committee is calling on interested countries to put in bids to host regional championships in 2020. The deadline for bids is 30th September 2019 and only countries in good standing with IBSA may apply to host.

Bids must be submitted to IBSA using the IBSA competition sanction form – application for approval.

Lithuania to host international tournament

Prior to the World Championships, Lithuania will host an international tournament from August 22nd to 25th in Trakai. First entries are due by May 24th 2019. Click here for more information or contact [email protected], +370 670 88297.
