Last month we informed you that a few small changes had been made to the IBSA Goalball rules for 2014-2017. This lead to minor changes being required to the IBSA Goalball referees and ITO manuals.
 
These adjustments have now been made. These documents are now available to download from our documents for referees page.
 
These changes were made as a result of the two level III referee recertification clinic’s held in Finland and Canada in January.
 
We do not envisage that we will make any further alterations to the rules.
