The Euro Challenge Cup 2016 is a development tournament involving some of the new and emerging national blind football teams in Europe. It is run as part of the IBSA Blind Football Development Project Europe, funded by UEFA.

The 2016 tournament brought together five national teams from Albania, Georgia, Hungary, Moldova and Romania, and a youth squad from Russia.
