The proposed 2018-2021 IBSA Goalball Rules and Regulations document is available for your review and input.  This is not the final document, but a near-final working draft.  Therefore, there may be some small formatting issues that will be cleaned up in the final document.  We will be accepting your inputs until 14 July 2017.  Please send any proposals to the IBSA Goalball Subcommittee at http://[email protected].

This document will not become effective until 1 January 2018.  However, our goal is to have this doucment approved and ready for review as soon as possible so that everyone will have time to prepare under the new rules prior to the date they will become effective.  Thank you in advance for your support.
