Pajulahti 2017 blog: Technical Delegate Baryaev makes sure everything goes "by the book"

IBSA Goalball Sports Director Alexey Baryaev is the eighth writer in the Pajulahti 2017 blog. Russian Baryaev is also the Technical Delegate of the 2017 IBSA Goalball European Championships, which will held in Pajulahti, Finland, on 18-22 September.

Basically the Technical Delegate is the person who is making sure that everything in the tournament goes “by the book”.

Baryaev writes about how he got started with goalball in Russia and how he has risen to international duties in goalball. Pajulahti Sport Insitute has become a familiar place to Baryaev during his career. The 2017 IBSA Goalball European Championships are held in the Pajulahti Sports Institute, Finland on 18–22 of September.
