The IBSA Football Sport Committee is proud to announce the open call for bids for the 2024 and 2025 IBSA Blind Football and Partially Sighted Football Championships.

The IBSA Football Committee invites IBSA member organisations in good standing to submit a full application by clicking here to download and complete the application form.

List of Championships that IBSA Members can apply to organise:

• 2024 IBSA Men´s Blind Football World Grand Prix

This tournament must start before May 28, 2024.

Applications must be sent to IBSA and the IBSA Football Sport Committee before October 31, 2023.

• 2024 IBSA Women´s Blind Football World Grand Prix

• 2024 IBSA Partially Sighted Football Continental Championship

• 2025 IBSA Men´s Blind Football Continental Championship Division 2

This tournament will be played in four regions: Africa, America, Asia/Oceania, and Europe.

• 2025 IBSA Partially Sighted Football World Championship

• 2025 IBSA Women´s Blind Football World Championship

“After a very productive first-ever forum, we are moving forward to a new era. KPIs helped us identify the gaps in the post-pandemic period, and we introduced a full plan in time. We increase the number of official matches according to all needs; we schedule 3 World Championships for women to meet the criteria for IPC in case of approval for LA28 of the women edition. We will also announce the new UEFA IBSA development plan for more games between emerging countries, women, and U23 national teams. For transparency, we have decided the qualification criteria for the 2028 LA Paralympic Games.” Elias Mastoras, IBSA Football Chairperson
