The IBSA Judo Committee has published a communiqué outlining the process by which blind and partially sighted judokas may qualify to compete at the Tokyo 2020 Paralympic Games.

The guide sets out the process clearly and aims to clarify any remaining questions or doubts IBSA member contries may have regarding the qualification process.
