IBSA Judo classification list updated

A fully-updated IBSA Judo Classification Master List has been released by IBSA following recent events.
The list includes classification results from two major recent events for visually-impaired judokas: the Asian Para Games 2018 in Jakarta, Indonesia, and the IBSA Judo World Cup in Kazakhstan in September.
