As many of you may know there were two IBSA Goalball level III referee recertification clinics in the month of January. This was a chance for level III referees to not only recertify under the new rules but also to officiate an international tournament using these rules.
 
In general the rules were well received but a number of recommendations were made on how the rules could be improved. These recommendations were incorporated into what is now version 1.04 of the IBSA Goalball Rules & Regulations 2014-2017.
 
We ask that all teams and officials please download these rules and use them from now on. We believe that the rules should now stay stable for the foreseeable future.
