A draft of the proposed new IBSA Goalball Rules (for the period 2014-2017) will be circulated to all IBSA Members during the coming week. We are inviting comments from the membership, following which further alterations may be reflected before the Rules are placed before the IBSA Executive Board for ratification and subsequent publication.
