Announcement from the IBSA Football Committee

The IBSA Football Committee has set up a working group on partially sighted football (B2/B3 football) to look at the development of the game and the competition calendar.

As many of you are aware, GESFED has bid and been successful to host the IBSA Partially Sighted Football (B2/B3) World Championships in December this year. In preparation for this event, it has become necessary to update the current rulebook to accurately reflect the laws we should use in our game and at these championships.

In partnership with Mariano Travaglino and Gerry Behan, this update has been developed.

All stakeholders in partially sighted football are invited to study the proposed rule changes and feedback any comments or your agreement to these modifications by Saturday September 14th 2019. This will allow the working group to make any appropriate changes for use at the World Championships.
