The IBSA Football and Kosovo FA organized a Blind Football Seminar in the city of Prishtina, Kosovo, with the support of the UEFA Grant.

Eight blind sports clubs for athletes with visual impairments (VI) were invited from all over the country. 60 participants, including coaches and 30 athletes with VI were present. Each club and the Kosovo FA received blind football balls and eye masks to continue developing the sport.

Mr. Agim Ademi, the President of the Kosovo Football Association, was present to honour the beginning of a marvellous journey.

The idea of IBSA Football is to include neighbouring countries in the Balkan region and organise a development tournament in spring 2023.
