The International Blind Sports Federation (IBSA) is pleased to announce the official schedule for its 2025 meetings of the Executive Board and Management Committee. As part of its commitment to fostering collaboration and streamlining decision-making processes, the majority of meetings will be held online, with one in-person gathering planned during the General Assembly.

IBSA Executive Board Meetings

• Frequency: Quarterly
• Months: March, June, September (in-person), and December
• Day: First Thursday of each month
• Time: 12:00 CET

IBSA Management Committee Meetings

• Frequency: Monthly
• Day: First Tuesday of each month
• Time: 12:00 CET

To ensure prompt decision-making on critical matters, IBSA will continue its practice of utilizing surveys to collect input and facilitate timely resolutions. This approach ensures that the organization operates efficiently while staying aligned with its mission.

The Executive Director will oversee the implementation of this schedule and welcomes feedback or suggestions from stakeholders to further enhance the organization’s operations.
