The International Blind Sports Federation (IBSA) Goalball is asking for referees to come forward for two competitions in Asia and Africa which will round-off the 2021 calendar.

The 2021 IBSA Goalball Asian Youth Para Games will be held as part of the Bahrain 2021 Asian Youth Para Games from 2-6 December.

The 2021 IBSA Goalball African Championships follow from 6-10 December in Cape Coast, Ghana.

The IBSA Goalball Subcommittee invites referees interested in officiating at these two competitions to share their interest to [email protected] and to [email protected] no later than 29 October.

Selected referees will then be contacted by email to accept their appointment.

The competitions will complete an exciting end to the year which will also feature the 2021 IBSA Goalball European Championships A in Samsun, Turkey, from 1-13 November. Men’s and women’s team will go for gold as well as qualification for the 2022 World Championships in Hangzhou, China.

The 2021 IBSA Goalball European Championships C gets underway from 14-21 November where countries will go for promotion to group B.
