Less than a week before the kickoff of the first edition of the IBSA Blind Football Intercontinental Cup (starting on September 26), the International Referee Coordinator, Mariano Travaglino, will conduct the Blind Football Referee Seminar, which will be held in the city of Kochi, India, between September 24^th and 25^th.

The competition takes place at the United Sports Centre and will have the following countries participating: India, Chile, Costa Rica, Egypt, Greece, Kazakhstan, Poland, Romania, South Korea, and Uzbekistan.
