Entries open for Blind Football Euros Division 2

IBSA and the LOC is now accepting entries for the Blind Football European Championships Division 2, to be held in Bucharest, Romania, from October 4th to 11th.
The championships will be hosted by the National Paralympic Committee of Romania and the Romanian Association of the Blind, in close partnership with the Romanian Football Federation.
The tournament will be staged, as was the previous one, at the training base of the Romanian Football Federation in Mogosoaia, just outside the capital city. Accommodation and meals will be provided on site.
Entry fees
– 100 EURO/per person/day in single room.
– 90 EURO/per person/day in double/triple room
The entry fee includes participation fee, transport to hotel (from bus, railway station or international airport, accommodation and meals.
Provisional schedule for the championships
Arrivals: Sunday 4th October
Sight classification: 5th-6th October
Competition dates: 7th-10th October
Departures: Sunday 11th Otober
All players must be registered and licensed on the IBSA Sports Sport Administration System to take part.

Deadline for confirmation of participation: 15th July
Deadline for full payment of participation: 15th August
List of team members and travel details: 1st September
The championships are open to the two bottom-placed teams at the 2019 European Championships and all other teams not qualified for Division 1.

This event is the third European Championships Division 2 in Blind Football, with Romania taking the title on both previous occasions. Georgia came second at the first tournament and Greece was the runner-up at the second edition earlier this year.
