Ecuador to hold blind football seminars aimed at Latin America

The Ecuadorian capital of Quito is set to host a series of seminars on blind football or futsal for the blind next month.
The four-day programme, which includes both presentations and hands-on practical sessions, kicks off on Wednesday October 15th and concludes on Saturday October 18th.
There will be presentations on various aspects of the game, including coaching, refereeing and rules, and two matches will be held on the final day.
The seminars are hosted by the Federación Ecuatoriana de Deportes para Personas con Discapacidad Visual (Ecuadorian Sports Federation for the Visually Impaired), which, following approval recently by the IBSA Executive Board, has taken over IBSA representation in the country.
