Draw made for IBSA Euro Challenge Cup 2014

With just over one month to go until the tournament kicks off, the draw has been made for the IBSA Euro Challenge Cup in Blind Football Prague 2014. The event brings together six new national blind football teams for three days’ competition in the capital of the Czech Republic from July 10th until July 12th.
The draw, shown on Czech television, was made by Jaroslav Pata, President of the Czech Blind Sportsmen Association, and Mr Vaclav Masek, former professional football player and member of the Czechoslovakia squad that reached the 1962 World Cup final. Click here to view the draw.
The IBSA Euro Challenge Cup 2014 is a development tournament and is the showcase event for this year in the IBSA Blind Football Development Project Europe, funded by UEFA.
Group A will see hosts the Czech Republic take on Belgium, playing its first ever international tournament, and Moldova, a team that played its first internationals just last year.
In Group B Poland, Hungary and Romania will face each other.
