The organising committee for the 2018 IBSA Blind Football Under 23 World Championships has released the second entry form and is requesting that countries taking part complete and return it by Saturday 10th February.

The 2018 IBSA Blind Football Under 23 World Championships are hosted by the Argentinean Blind Sports Federation and will take place in Buenos Aires, Argentina, from April 7th to 16th.
