Blind football rules in Japanese

The IBSA blind football rulebook for the period 2017-2021 is now available in an unofficial Japanese translation. The IBSA Football Committee would like to thank Kazu Takagi, the blind football refereeing co-ordinator in Japan, for his work on this project.

In case of discrepancy, the English version of the rulebook shall previal.
