Blind Football: Mexico is hosting the World Grand Prix

Date: July 31, 2022

Category: Blind football

After the first three editions being held in Japan, the 2022 IBSA Blind Football World Grand Prix crossed the Pacific and is now taking place in the Mexican city of Puebla, specifically on La Madriguera pitch, the first one built in the country specifically for Blind Football.

The action on the pitch will start on Tuesday with the first two matches of the competition.

Five national teams will play for the title and, of course, the best one not yet classified for the 2023 IBSA World Blind Games (after all continental competitions) will have their place in Birmingham.

As usual, the tournament will be live streamed on the IBSA YouTube channel, so stay tuned to the links on our website or on our social media.
