The fifth edition of the Championships were hosted by the Ivory Coast Federation for the Sports of the Blind and Visually Impaired (FISMA) at the Ivorian National Institute for the Promotion of the Blind in the Yopougon suburb of Abidjan.
ASAMCI progressed to the final undefeated after topping Group A with three points while CSA-Daloa finished first in Group B with maximum six points. The final was fiercely contested between both teams, with ASAMCI getting the better of goalscoring opportunities. The two teams were forced to penalties after a goalless draw at the full-time whistle, and Dao Adama scored the decisive penalty for ASAMCI to win the Ivory Coast Blind Football National Championships.
