Date: March 23, 2018
Arch rivals England and Argentina will meet in the final of the IBSA Blind Football World Grand Prix in Tokyo, Japan, following the final group stage matches.
In Group A England qualified for the final without kicking a ball as Turkey defeated Japan 2-0 to quash the hosts' chances of making the big match. Two second half goals from the Turks secured second place and a spot in the game for third and fourth place.
With all three teams finishing on three points, England finished top of the group on goal difference (+2) from Turkey and Japan (both -1, Turkey finishes second on head-to-head record).
In Group B, Argentina saw off a depleted French team 5-0. It was 2-0 with five minutes to play, but the French tired and world number 2 team Argentina completed the win with three late goals thanks to some clinical finishing.
Argentina topped the group on maximum points from Russia (3 points), with France in third spot.
