The top European blind football teams will find out later today who they will face in the group stage of the IBSA Blind Football European Championships 2019 in Rome, Italy.

The ten teams qualified for the tournament will be split in two groups of five for the group stage, which kicks off in the Italian capital on September 17th.

Hosts Italy and reigning champions Russia are seeded in the draw and will go into group A and group B automatically. The remaining eight teams will be drawn from different pots depending on their position in the IBSA Blind Football World Ranking:

Pot 1: Turkey, Spain, England, France
Pot 2: Germany, Belgium
Pot 3: Romania, Greece

The IBSA Blind Football European Championships 2019 are hosted by the Italian Paralympic Federation for the Visually Impaired (FISPIC).
