The 2016 competition calandar for Goalball is filling up quickly with a number of new events announced to be held in the run up to the Rio 2016 Paralympic Games.

Events just added to the calendar are:

– Vancouver Goalball Grand Slam

18th – 20th March 2016

This tournament is hosted by the Vancouver Goalball Club and is open to a maximum of ten men's teams. The entry fee is 300 USD and first entries must be sent to the organisers by January 1st 2016.

– International Men's Goalball Tournament, Vilnius, Lithuania

14th – 17th July 2016

Once again the Lithuanian Blind Sports Federation is hosting this important event for men's national teams. The competition is open to a maximum of eight teams and first entries are due by March 15th 2016.
