First official showdown national champions in France

In the last weekend, in the city of Troyes (France), the National Showdown Commission of the French Handisport Federation and the teams of the Aube Departmental Handisport Committee met at the Aube Sports Center for the first official showdown national championships in France.
The event brought together 10 clubs along with 29 players and nine expert players to compete for the titles, with the support of 10 referees, including two international officials.
Pierre Bertrand and Elvina Vidot (both representing the club Bien Hetre) are the first French showdown champions.
The organizing committee offered to the participants all the conditions for success, in particular thanks to the commitment and enthusiasm of the team of motivated volunteers and the competition system, which included six tables spread over six rooms.

2nd – Jérémy Riviere (Anices)
3rd – Yohann Milaret (ASPTT Toulouse)
Women
1st – Elvina Vidot (Bien Hetre)
2nd – Guylaine Duban (Touraine Handisport)
3rd – Christelle Tomaskovic (Anices)
