The IBSA Football Sport Committee is ready to announce the open call for bids for the 2023 IBSA Blind Football World Grand Prix.

The IBSA Football Committee invites IBSA member organisations in good standing to submit a full application by clicking here to download and complete the application form.

“The Grand Prix is a masterclass ranked event with high quality games! Any edition closer to the Paralympic Games draws the attention of various stakeholders globally. It is a place to be for every competitive team”, expresses Elias Mastoras, IBSA Football Chairperson.

The IBSA Football Sport Committee suggests playing this event in the first six (6) months of 2023.

Expressions of interest and full bids should be addressed to IBSA Football Committee Chairperson Elias Mastoras ([email protected]) and to [email protected] by email before Wednesday 30th November 2022.

This important tournament had four amazing previous editions: in the city of Tokyo in 2018, 2019, and 2021; and the last edition in 2022 in the city of Puebla (Mexico).

The 2023 edition of this championship will award official points for the IBSA Football Ranking.
