The 2017 IBSA Goalball Referee E-Pass is now available on this website.  After download, referees need to complete all required data items on the pass and then use the pass to log all tournament particiaption.  When saving the E-Pass document, please use the following system:
COUNTRY_FAMILYNAME_GIVENNAME_2017EPASS.  This will simplify identification of your E-Pass document.  Please ensure your 2017 IBSA Goalball Referee E-Pass is submitted to the IBSA Goalball Referee Coordinator not later than 31 December 2017.  Thanks!
