Malmö Open 2015 goalball results now in

Results have come in from the Malmö Open goalball tournament 2015, played last weekend at the Kulladals Sports Hall and organised by FIFH.

Seventeen teams from a number of countries competed in two categories at the tournament – elite and open.

In the elite tournament IFAS came out on top, defeating Old Power by 11 goals to 7. The hosts FIFH Malmö came third.

Top scorers in the elite event were Niklas Hultqvist (IFAS, 28 goals), Erkki Miinala (Old Power, 27) and Pjotr Lawniczak (IFAS, 26)

In the open event Hungary took the trophy and Sergiev Posad were runners-up. Greek team BSU Pirsos took third.

Bujar Musliou (Kosova, 33 goals), Marcel Lehmann (RGC Hansa, 26) and Albin Correia (Linköpings HIF, 22) topped the scorers table in the open tournament.
