This is the final month that the new rule proposals for 2018 – 2021 will be published.

A summary of the new proposals since the Sub-Committee’s meeting in June and the suggested amendments to those proposals can be viewed from the attachment with this article.  Any changes to the proposals can be identified when you see the month above the rule number.  Search for October for the current month's changes.

IBSA Goalball will be meeting over the next four weeks to decide which of the current rule proposals will be allocated to test tournaments during the first few monts of 2017.

This will be the last chance you have to send your feedback to the Regulations Co-Ordinator at [email protected].  There will be other opportunities for comment after the test tournements have been completed.
