A blind football seminar for Russian referees was held recently at the HQ of the Russian Football Union. The seminars were set up as part of the UEFA-funded IBSA Blind Football European Development Project and delivered by the IBSA Football Referees Coordinator.
Previous seminars were hosted in Ireland, the Czech Republic, Belgium, Hungary, Moldova and Romania, and the next one is scheduled in Poland.
The photograph shows the Russian blind football referees with IBSA coordinator Elias Mastoras, the General Secretary of the Russian Football Union and the President of the Russian futsal organisation.
The IBSA Referees Advisory Group (RAG) is very active and provides assistance at national and international level appointing experts to deliver seminars in English, Spanish and other languages.
