The IBSA Football Committee has released news on an interactive on-line tool aimed to assist referees, officials and team staff to understand and interpret the IBSA Blind Football Rulebook 2013-2017.
The educational tool, currently at the pilot stage, uses match videos and multiple choice questions to test knowledge of the rules.
The IBSA Football Committee invites all officials involved in the Rio 2016 Paralympic Games, as well as coaches, guides and assistants of the eight qualified teams, to visit the tool to gain a deeper understanding of the current rulebook.
