The IBSA Football Committee has published its rulebooks for the period January 1st 2017-January 1st 2021.
 
The updated rulebooks will come into force for all IBSA-sanctioned competitions as of January 1st 2017.
 
Changes in the rules have been introduced following an open and transparent consultation with players, coaches, IBSA member organisations and other stakeholders. The decision was also taken to separate the rulebooks for blind football (B1 category) and partially sighted football (B2/B3 category).
 
The official versions of the rulebooks are in English. We encourage countries to translate the rules to their own languages and we shall make them available in the rules section as unofficial versions of the rules in other languages.
