IBSA is pleased to announce final details of a very full programme for the upcoming 9th IBSA General Assembly 2013.

The arrangements for the event have now been extended to include Friday 30^th August – at no extra charge – to cater for members' wishes to hold a conference and provide a forum to discuss various topics related to sports for the visually impaired. The all inclusive price remains as previously advised: €850 per delegate (€800 per associate).
 
IBSA member federations are now invited to arrive on Thursday evening, 29th August and depart at the conclusion of the General Assembly on Sunday 1^st September.
