All three of IBSA's Paralympic sports have been confirmed on the programme for next year's European Para Youth Games (EPYG).

The EPYG 2017, organised by the European Paralympic Committee in partnership with the Italian Paralympic Committee, will take place in Genova, Italy, from October 9th to 15th 2017. The games aim to promote participation in elite Paralympic comoetition for young athletes, normally under the age of 21.

Football 5-a-side (blind football), goalball and judo will feature on the games programme, which also includes competitions in athletics, swimming, table tennis, boccia, football 7-a-side, sitting volleyball and sailing. Archery will be a demonstration sport.

Youth teams and athletes from all over Europe are already in training for this major event.
